Sarah Bourne first practiced yoga over 20 years ago, when she had her first child, and attended pre and post-natal classes. With a child and work, life became busy, so she only dabbled in Yoga for the next few years.

Andrew Redfern

Andrew first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2000 as part of  his acrobatic training where yoga was used as a warm up.  He started formal yoga classes in 2013 and gained his Iyengar Yoga certification in 2022.

Hannah fell in love with Pilates ten years ago after experiencing the physical and mental benefits the Pilates method brings.  Now a passionate instructor of the Pilates Mat method herself, Hannah creates an enjoyable flow in a relaxed environment that is suited to all experience levels.
