Our Iyengar Yoga 8-week Beginners Courses are suitable if you are brand new or have limited previous experience with the practice of yoga. Courses will cover the foundations for establishing a strong and steady practice, giving you the opportunity to progressively learn and fine tune the practice.

Show up for yourself over the 8 weeks and experience the art and science of Iyengar Yoga, improving your balance, strength, flexibility and developing a greater sense of calm.
